Tekashi69 Kidnapping Video Leaked

Tekashi69 aka government witness aka snitch of the year described his alleged kidnapping, robbery and beat down in Brooklyn on July 22, 2018 at the hands of Anthony “Harv” Ellison and Ellison’s friend identified only as “Sha.”

Tekashi, whose real name is Daniel Hernandez, said his friendship with Ellison fell apart in early 2018 amid disagreements about how the rapper’s earnings were being distributed within the gang.

“The gang, it was divided. We’re all part of the same gang but we’re attacking each other,” Tekashi said in Manhattan Federal Court.

The rapper’s riveting account capped his second day of testimony describing at least six incidents of gang-related mayhem involving beefs with Chief Keef, Casanova, Trippie Redd and Rap-A-Lot Records. In one episode Tekashi said his manager, Kifano “Shotti” Jordan, robbed a rival in the lobby of a Times Square hotel at gunpoint. Tekashi said he then took the gun and rode the subway back to Brooklyn.

The kidnapping, Tekashi said, began at around 4 a.m. Ellison rammed a stolen car into a Chevy Tahoe driven by Tekashi’s driver, Jorge Rivera, at Atlantic Ave. and Bedford Ave., he testified.

Tekashi, who was in the backseat of the SUV, briefly choked up as he recounted the kidnapping.

“Damn, they caught me slipping, it’s over,” Tekashi said he thought to himself.

Sha opened the door, pointed a gun at Tekashi and demanded he hand over his belongings and get in the ride driven by Ellison, who was also armed, the rapper testified.

“I’m pleading my heart ... yo, don’t shoot,” Tekashi said.

Rivera, meanwhile, followed the stolen car — until Ellison got out of the ride and started running toward the SUV.

After losing Rivera, Ellison pulled the car over, Tekashi said. “Sha pinned me down on the floor by my hair and he just kept hitting me,” he said.

“Say you’re not Billy!” Ellison allegedly demanded, using slang for a Nine Trey Bloods member. Tekashi said it three times. They then threw him back in the car.

“Yo, we should do this n---ga right here,” Sha allegedly said, suggesting they whack Tekashi.

"You right. Ain’t nobody gonna know. It’s a stolie (stolen car) anyway. We could burn this sh---, " Ellison said, according to Tekashi.

But Ellison eventually decided to let Tekashi live — if he gave up his jewelry. The successful rapper’s bling collection included a red presidential Rolex, Cuban Links bracelet, four diamond rings, a spinning 69 diamond chain, a chain of the Jigsaw character from the movie “Saw" and a $95,000 My Little Pony necklace with his own rainbow-colored hair.

“We came to an agreement. If I gave them the jewelry they would let me go,” Tekashi said.

They drove back to Tekashi’s home on Kingston Ave. in Bedford-Stuyvesant and Sha retrieved the jewelry stashed in a pink Minnie Mouse bag from the mother of the rapper’s daughter. But they didn’t let him out of the car, Tekashi said.

Instead, they drove for a few more blocks — and then Tekashi made a run for it near a housing project known as Smurf Village, fearing Ellison was going to shoot him in the back.

Tekashi jumped into the backseat of a random car at a nearby stop sign. The driver told him to get out, Tekashi recalled.

“Bro, I’m about to die. Just drive!” Tekashi said.

The driver complied — but then ended up directly behind Ellison’s stolen car. Ellison apparently did not notice Tekashi hiding in the car and drove away, the rapper said. He was dropped off at a nearby police precinct.

Tekashi could be cross examined by Ellison’s attorney, Deveraux Cannick, as soon as Thursday. Cannick has said Tekashi was a willing participant in the episode, which was staged to promote the rapper’s new single, “FEFE” with Nicki Minaj.
