Thirsty Rapper Robs Wingstop To Get Rick Ross’ Attention
A 23-year-old aspiring rapper’s attempt to get the attention of “The Boss” resulted in him being cuffed and jailed.
Cedric Miller reportedly tried to rob a Memphis, TN area Wingstop reportedly owned by Rick Ross as a way to get the Rather You Than Me rapper’s attention. Instead of getting noticed, he was arrested and charged with aggravated robbery.
In a surveillance video of the incident, which occurred Friday Jan. 5, Miller is seen with a gun at the counter, while his accomplice hops over it. According to WREG, they did not leave Wingstop with any money, as they could not open the cash register. Miller was identified by one of the employees in a police lineup, where he was later arrested.
“That’s a ridiculous way to get someone’s attention,” said a customer. “How are you going to get his attention after sitting in jail?”
